MOTION TO FILE LATE REPLY BRIEF OF MICHIGAN CITIES AND COOPERATIVES The Municipalities of Coldwater, Holland, Grand Haven, Traverse City and Zeeland, and the Michigan Municipal Electric Assoc-ia tion and the Wolverine and Northern Michigan Electric Cooperatives

The Reply Brief was completed on Friday, November 22, 1974.
Final corrections were made on Sunday, November 24, 1974 and final typing was completed on Monday, November 25, 1974.
Copies of the appendices and more than 1/2 the Brief was completed on the due date at which point our Xerox 7,000 copier broke down.
Furthermore, our Xerox 4,500 copier which the office uses for individual copies was also out of service.
This resulted in our inability to complete duplication.
The Reply Brief was mailed Tuesday, November 26, 1974 at approximately 12:30 p.m.
