Robert A. Jablon and James Carl Pollock respectfully request that they be removed as attorneys of record with respect to the non-party municipal of Portland, Michigan.
This motion is filed at the request of Portland.
Inasmuch as we continue to represent 15 other non-party municipals whose interests may be affected by any orders, rulings, decisions or information concerning Portland, Chelsea, Hart, Paw Paw, St. Louis, and Sturgis, we respectfully request that we be served with one copy of all documents pertaining P
