Enclosed cre three (3) signed originals and eighty-seven (87) confomed copies of Amendment No. 2 to Consumers Power Company's application for a reactor construction permit and operating license for Units 1 and 2 of the proposed Midland Phnt. Amendment No. 2 consists of revised and new PSAR pages and figures updating in-fomation previously filed in the light of design development and discussions with the AEC staff and the ACRS.
Copies of Amendment No. 2 have also been sent to Mr.
Jerome Maslovski, Assistant Attorney General for the State of Michi,gan; !!r. Frank Olds, Chaiman of the County Board of Super-visors of Midland County, Michigan; Mr. Robert B. Chatterton, Supervisor of Midland Township, Midland County, Michigan; and Mr.
Julius Blasy, Fr.yor of the City of Midland. Certificates of service on Mr. Olds and Mr. Chatterton are also enclosed.
