Dear Mr. Keppler:
Your letter of December 6,1974 transmitted DRO Bulletin T4-15 and requested that a determination be made of whether Cutler-Hammer Model No 1025ar three position maintained svitches were installed or scheduled to be installed in the Midland Plant.
We wish to advise that no Cutler-Hammer Modhl No 10250f switches have been installed, purchased to date, or anticipated to be purchased for the Midland Plant; hence no corrective action is necessary.
