Your letter of December 17, 1974, asked whether Colt Industries (Fairbanks-Morse) emergency diesel generators, type HTB, identified in Directorate of Regulatory Operations Bulletin No 74-16, are used at the Midland Plant. Please be advised that no emergency diesel generators have been installed or purchased to date for the Midland Plant; hence no corrective action is necessary.
