We vish to advise that no Westinghouse Type OT-2 control switches have been installed or pur-chased for safety related syste=s of the Midland Plant and therefore no correc-tive action is necessary.

If futurt purchase orders include Westinghouse Type OT-2 control switches, we vill determine if Westinghouse has corrected the design prior to use in any safety related service.
