Your letter of Feb-uary 28, 1973 requested that a determination be made of whether tiestinghouse circuit breakers Models DB-25, DE-50 and DB-75 vere installed or scheduled to be installed in the Midland Plant.
Ho circuit breakers have been installed or purchased ?cr the Midland Plant.
Purchase of the engineered safety system circuit breakers will be on a competitive basis. Before Westinghouse vill be pernitted to participate, ve vill verify that the circuit breakers they would supply if they beca=e the successful bidder are no longer susceptible to the failures identified in your letter.
