The considered system incorporates hydrazine and disodium (or trisodium) phosphate as the iodine reduction and pH control agents respectively, instead of sodium thiosulfate and sodiu hydroxide. Schematics of this system are contained in Figures 1 and 2 and a system description is contained in Attachment A.

We are requesting that a meeting be held between Consumers Power Cvepany and the etaff in the near future to discuss this proposed design change.
