TAKE NOTICE that a prehearing conference in the subject proceeding will be held on September 7, 1973, at 10:00 a.m., local time, in Hearing Room C (first floor),
Interstate Commerce Commission,'12th and Constitution Avenu'e, N.W.,
Washington, D. C. 2G423.
The primary purpose of this prehearing conference is to determine the status of compliance by the intervenors and the non-party municipal utilities to the discovery requests of the Applicant.
In addition, the Board will discuss other matters that will facilitate the evidentiary f
hearing.
