REQUEST FOR RULING REGARDING DEPOSITIONS OF NON-PARTIES This Order reflects an oral ruling that was made by the Board on August 10,' 1973, during a telephone conference.
The Board concludes that the taking of depositions of non-parties is proper, is not contrary to agreement between the parties, and should proceed without limita-tions, including the taking of the depositions of Mr.
