The Atomic Energy Co=aiscion has issued Provisional Conctruction Permit No. CPPR-56 to Sacramento Municipal Utility District for the construction of a pressurised water nuclear reactor designated as the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station Unit No. 1 on the licensee's site in southeast Sacramento County, California.
A copy of the construction permit is enclosed together with a related notice which has been transmitted to the Office of the Federal Register for filing and publication.
The pemit has been issued pursuant to the Initial Decision of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board, dated October 10, 1968. A copy of the decision is cico cnclosed.
