C. and in Sacramento City County Library, 828 I Street, Sacramento, California 95814. The reports are also available at the Lieutenant Governor's Office of Intergovernmental Management, State Capital, Sacramento,

Federal and State agencies are being provided with copies of the Draft Environmental Statement (local agencies may obtain this document on request), and when comments thereon of the Federal, State and local officials are received, they will be made available for public inspection at the above designated locations.
