Dear Sir:
This letter will confirm my telephone conversation with the Court Administrator, Mary Lou Eichmann, on June 11, 1973 dtich concerned the availability of courtroom space.
The Atomic Energy Cocanission requests that courtroom number four (4) be reserved for one day only on June 26, 1973 for use by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board in the preheering of Toledo Edison Company's proposed Davis-Besse nucicar generating station. The prehearing will consnence at 10:00 a.m. and finish before 5:00 p.m.
