. economic, aesthetic and community impact of nuclear power plant devalcInent in the Lake Erie Area and am first and foranost concerned that such nuclear power plants not be. built or operated where to do so would be inimical to my health or safety.
The Comission8s action will affect my interests if the Comission permita con-struction of the proposed facility, as it has stated it intends to do, and later licenses its operation the environmental effects resulting therefrom will adversely affect my health, safety, and economic interest.
