RESPONSE OF THE AEC REGULATORY STAFF TO THE MOTION OF THE STATE OF OHIO TO EXTEND TIME WITHIN WHICH T0 FILE PETITION TO INTERVENE On April 30, 1973, the Commission published a Notice in the Federal Register entitled "R' ceipt and Consideration of Issuance of Facility e

Licer:e; Opportunity for Hearing" (36 FR 10661). That Notice pro-vided, in part, that petitions for leave to intervene must be filed in accordance with the Commission's Rules of Practice,10 CFR Part 2, by May 30,1973. On June 29, 1973, the State of Ohio filed a Motion requesting an extension of time until July 30, 1973, within which to file a petition for leave to intervene.E The regulatory staff has no objection to the granting of the Motion of the State of Ohio.
