Dear !!r. Anders,
I understand from different State Officials and Toledo Edison, that the Atomic.Engery Con.ission (now the Nuclear Regulatory Com-mission) had jurisdiction over construction of Unit 1, at the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station at Oak Harbor, Ohio.
Under the " Freedom of Information Act", I would like.auth-oratative answere to the following questions.

What types of environmental studies were required to show the imoact on the Sand Beach area (which is adjacent to the ?oter Station) 2.
Has anyone studied erosion of the Sand Beach Area before an-! during the coratruction of the Station.
3 Why has the Sand Peach area undergone so much erosion since construction of Unit 1 began, 4
Was the Atomic Engery Conmission the only govern-mental agency that had control over the construction of Davis-Desse, Unit 1.

What jurisdiction does your Conmission have over the construction of Units 2 & 3 6.
What is the purpose of the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission and what was the purpose

of the f.tomic Engery Commission.
7 Why aren't all environmental pern..s included in the Port Clinton Library as a matter of Public Record.
Why aren't all the Environmental studies that diff-erent agencies also included as a matter of public record in the liberary.
