January 6, 1977 " Initial Decision (Antitrust)" in the above-referenced proceeding, we hereby give notice of the intent of such municipal systems to obtain access to the Davis-Besse 1, 2 and 3 and the Perry 1 and 2 nuclear units operated or under construction by electric utilities in the CAPCO pool.
