50-501A APPLICANTS' MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME On June 30, 1977, the NRC Staff, the Department of Justice and the City of Cleveland filed their respective Briefs in Opposition to Applicants' Exceptions.
The Reply to those briefs is due July 21, 1977.
Applicants hereby request a two-week extension of the time within which their Reply Brief is to be filed.
This additional time is needed in order to complete the review of the several Opposition Briefs and coordinate the responses of the individual. Applicants.
The undersigned counsel has spoken with counsel of each of the opposing parties and been advised that none of them opposes this motion.
