ORDER DISt4ISSING KTIION TO DISQUALIFY SQUIRE, SANDERS AND DE PSEY In its decisicn of June 11,1976 (AIAB 332, NRCI 76/6), the Appeal Board held that, upon final dispositicn by the Special Board of the motion to disqualify Squire, Sanders and Degsey, the Initial Board's function thereafter is to carry out the ministerial duty of pranptly enterirg an order giving effect to the Special Board's decisicn.
On Noverber 5,1976, the Special Board granted the law firm's motion to dimins the disqunIification proceeding. The matter was returned to this Board for an appropriate order.
