seeking clarification of the licenso conditions which wero contained in the Atomic Safety ond Licensing Board's opinion l
in the above-captioned proceeding.
The Department of Justice (Department) was informed that a response to this Motion was due by Friday, January 21, 1977.
For the reasons stated therein, the Department fully supports the City of Cleveland's Motion for Clarification and preys that 8 0 02 24 0 OSf.
