MINUTES OF CONFERENCE CALL OF AUGUST 11, 1976 On August 11, 1976, a conference can was originated to permit the Board to announce its decision with respect to the City of Cleveland's outstanding motion to reopen discovery. Participating in the can were Chairman Rigler and Messrs. Lessy, Charno, Reynolds and Hjelmfelt.
Chairman Rigler stated that he understood that no additional docu-ments had been produced in response to the City's request for documents relating to the feasibility of construction of transmission lines by the City.
Mr. Hjelmfelt confirmed the Chairman's statement.

The Chairman then stated that the Board having considered the statements of the parties at transcript pages 1218-19 had determined that any materials which might be produced in response to City's request for documents relating to Applicants' 204 would not aid in the disposition of this case. Accordingly, the City's request for discovery is denied.
There being no ther outstanding matters the record was closed subject to reopening on good cause shown.
