1. Identify all files of SS&D originating in the period January 1,1965, to the present, pertaining to the issuance of notes and bonds or other debts instruments for the City of Cleveland, including the Division of Light and Power.

SUPPLEMENTAL ANSWER: Attached hereto, marked " Appendix A" and denominated i

" Bonds and Notes" is a list of SS&D files originating in the period January 1, 1965, to the present, pertaining to the issuance of notes and bonds for the City of Cleveland. These files are located in the offices of SS&D at 1800 Union Commerce Building, Cleveland, Ohio 44115. For the purposes of dis-covery herein, they are in the constructive custody of Daniel J. O'Leughlin.

In further response to Interrogatory No.1, there is attached hereto, e

marked " Appendix B" and denominated " Project Notes" a list of SS&D files i

originating in the period January 1,1965, to the present, pertaining to the 800224000

issuance of project notes in connection with sundry renewal projects identi-fled in the appendix. These files are also in the constructive possession s

of Daniel J. O'Loughlin.

2 Identify all files of SS&D originating in the period January 1, 1965, to the present, pertaining to legal work other than that already identified in Question 1 for the City of Cleveland by SS&D.

SUPPLEMENTAL ANSWER: As respects legal work other than notes, bonds or other debts instruments, three appendices listing files in discrete categories are attached hereto and identified as follows: Appendix C, _
