MINUTES OF TELEPHONE CALLS BETWEEN STEVEN CHARNO AND DOUGLAS RIGLER AND TELEPHONE CALL BETNccN WM. BRADFORD REYNOLDS AND DOUGLAS RIGLER ON OCTOBER 24, 1975 Steven Charno of the Department of Justice contacted the Chairman of the Board on October 24, 1975 for the purpose of indi-cating that Justice and Applicants had been unable to resolve questions relating to the amendment of Justice's interrogatories as set forth in Justice's October 14, 1975 filing and a question relating to the production of additional documents requested by Justice.
The Chairman indicated that the Board wished to insure that both questions were submitted to the Board in proper motion form and that the Board would hear oral argument on at least the question relating to the amendment of interrogatory answers on Friday, October 31, 1975.

n 2-Mr. Reynolds to see if the parties could reach any further agree-ment, and it was suggested that in the event the parties were -unable to do so, a conference call for scheduling arguments should be initiated on Tuesday, October 28, 1975.
Later during the afternoon of October 24, Mr. Reynolds, representing Applicants, called the Chairman to report that Applicants expected to be able to produce to other parties by October 25, 1975 the written testimony of no less than four, and perhaps five or six, of the Applicants' expert witnesses.
The Chairman expressed satisfaction with this result and granted leave to Mr. Reynolds to make service on members of the Board no later than the morning of Tuesday, October 28.
