.teference is made to your letter of October 27, 197 5 to Mr. James B. Davis, Director of the Department of Lt.w of the City of Cleveland.
In your letter you state that you hr.ve le~arned that Mr. Hart's letter of October 11, 1975 to Mr. John'Lansda'e was distributed by me "at least to the Fuclear Regulatory Commission And to
'-tain other counsel in the proceedings before that Commission" and you s. 5 sume "to the entire s ervice list in the NRC proceedings. "
At Mr. Hart's request I did serve his letter on the persons appearing on our copy of *he Service List except that the Letter was not se-ved on the members of the NRC, the members of the Licensing Board, and the members of the Licersing Appeals Board. I did not serve them because it appeared to me ine gpropriate to do so at this time. Sinc e, ho weve r, your letter to Mr. Davis was apparently served on them, I have no choice but to send them copies of this letter to ameliorate to some extent the confusion that y.,ur letter may have engendered.
I am enclosing for your information a copy of the service list I used.
The names that have been crossed out did not receive a copy Of Mr. Hart's letter.
