We conclude that the Quality Assurance Program as described in Section 17.2 of the FSAR (Amendment 24,. Revision 10) for the Davis L-tbclear Station complies with tJ1ei{requirments of Appendix B to 10 CFR 50 and is acceptable for the operational phase of the Ihvis-Besse Station, Unit !b.1.
