ORDER On September 11, 1975, Applicants' counsel made a tele-phone request for an extension of time from September 12 to Septem-ber 15, 1975 in which to respond to the filings of the NRC Staff, the Department of Justice, the City of Cleveland, and American Municipal Power-Ohio, Inc., setting forth the nature of the case each would present at the hearing.
The other parties were informed by Applicants' counsel of the request and advised him that they had no objections.
-It is therefore ordered that Applicants' time for filing and serving the response due on September 12, 1975 is hereby ex-tended to September 15,-1975.
