_DATE FOR REPLY BRIEFS In its Order dated August 14, 1975, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Beard requested that responding parties to appellant, the City of Cleveland, address in their reply briefs, five (5) issues enumerated by the Appeal Board. That Order did not set a date certain for the filing of said briefs, Inasmuch as the parties are both (a) preparing for hearing, now scheduled to begin on October 30,1975; (b) preparing ultimate issues to be filed on September 5,1975',M e parties hereby request that the Appeal th Board establish Septenber 18, 1975 as the filing date for said briefs.
