Dear Mr. Lansdale:
I am in receipt of ycur letter of November 18, 1975, to which you attached ecpies cf a Notice of Appearance befcre the Atcmic Energy Ccr=is-sion, Docket Mos.50-44A & 50-441A, dated Febru-ary 14, 1974, and a Sctice of Appearance before the Nuclear Regulatory Ccenission, Decket Nes.
50-500A & 50-501A, dated May 5, 1975.
As I stated in my letter to Mr. Jack White of November S, 1975, a careful check of files fail-ed to reveal these documents.
Ccncerning the February 14, 197'4 decur' ant, I submit that 2d-dress on that Service Li'st is inecrrect and that d cument was not forwarded to me.
Because cf the error in the cap:ign 44A instead of 50-440A - the dccument was misf: led by the.su-clear hogula:Ory Corrission.
The document dated May 16, 1975, does not indi-cate a Service List so I am unable to state any reason for my not receiving a ecpy.

I do wish to bring to your attentien, hewever, that at no time have ycu ever claimed to have entered an appearance befcre the Scard concern-ing Docket No. 50-34GA and as such, I submit that you do nct have any basis for claiming re-presentation on behalf of CEI in that matter.
