NOTICE AND OEDSR FOR PREHEARING CONFERENCE TAKE NOTICE, that pursuant to the Atomic Energy Commission's " Memorandum and Order" dated January 21, 1974, in the matter of the antitrust proceedings involving the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station and Perry Plants, Units 1 and 2, and in accordance with Section 2.751a of the Commis-sion's Rules of Practice, a special prehearing conference will be held on this matter on June 14, 1974 at 9:30 a.m.,
