NRC STAFF'S APPLICATION FCR SUBPOENAS TO MESSRS. WILLIAM P. CRAIG, ROBERT HILLWIG, WARREN HINCHEE, WILLIAM LYREN, ROBERT F.
McCABE, JR., JOSEPH PANDY, JR., C. O.
ST0UT AND JOHN YOUNG I
Pursuant to 10 CFR H2.720, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff hereby requests the issuance of the attached subpoenas to Messrs. William P. Craig, Robert Hillwig, Warren Hinchee, William Lyren, Robert F. McCabe, Jr., Joseph Pandy, Jr., C. O. Stout and John Young requiring their attend-ance and testimony at evidentiary hearing in the above captioned matter to commence on December 8, 1975.
Inasmuch as the dates the witnesses are to appear other than Mr. McCabe and Mr. Lyren are somewhat uncertain at this time, Staff requests that the Board issue all other subpoenas with dates to be subsequently filled in by Staff at the time of service.
The testimony of the above individuals is required in this proceeding for presentation of the case-in-chief of NRC Staff. They are currently scheduled and designated as witnesses in " List of Intended Fact Witnesses and List of Exhibits of NRC Staff" with a sumary statement of the expected area of testimony of each.
