DAVIS BESSE 1 REVISED SER INPUT FOR SECTION 3.5 - TORNADO MISSILE PROTECTION We have reviewed the protection provided by the Davis 3esce No. 1 Unit against tornado nissiles and found that additional infornation is required. We have requested that the applicant provide information regarding the protection provided for the primary coolant makeup systen.
In vi?w of the poor structural response estimated for the Arkansas Unit 2 plant we are also requesting that the applicant provide an estimate o f the Davis Besse 1 capabilit' to withstand the impact of tornado missiles frem the standpoint of structural response. We will present, upon receipt of this infor ation, the final results of our evaluatl.
