ihis change in fuc1 load date is due to applicant's impacted pre-eperational testing prcgram. Systens required fcr pre-op testing range frcn 20% to 90%
completed. Contro11 int; iters are those systers less than 904 completed.

Coordination:
Office of Inspection and Enforcenent (Regica III) will be meeting with applicant en December 15, 1976, to discuss project schedule for coanletion of pre-op testing program for Davis-3 esse, Unit 1.
The applicant and Region III will infom us of new scheduling for this facility.
