Docket No. 50-346A On April 3, 1973 the Atomic Energy Commission Regulat ry Staff filed a Supplemental Answer in the above referenced proceeding to the petition of the City of Cleveland to intervene and for a hearing.
Enclosed is an original and twenty copies of a letter addressed to Mr. Benjamin H. Vogler dated April 19, 1973. This letter, among other things, responds to the Staff's Supplemental Answer.
