In accordance with the understandings which were reflected in Secretary Udall's letter of Mar-h 20, 1964 to Chairman Seabort, I a:s forwarding two sets of volumes i, 2 and 3 of the Preliminary Safety Analysis Report filed by Tae Toledo Edison Ccepany and The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company for the provosed Davis-2 esse Nuclear Power Station. Two Gditional sets of the report are en,
closed for your convenience in coordinating the Fish and Wildlife Service's review with the Federal Water Pollution Control Adninis-

The proposed facility is to be located on the applicants' approxi-mately 900-acre site on the scu?.hwest shore of Lake Erie, about t ienty-one miles east of Toledo, in Ottawa County, Ohio.
~Ie shall appreciate receiving a report from the Fish and Wildlife Service concerning these features of the propcsed reactor operation which might have radiological effects on fish and wildlife.
