NCTPICE OF FIFTH PREHEARING CON!'ERENCE The Fifth Prahearing Conference in the above pro-ceedings will be held on Wednesday, May 14, 1975 comencing immediately upon the conclusion of.the Davis-Besse Nuclear Pcwer Station, Units 2 and 3, prehearing conference (Docket Nos. 50-500A and 50-501A) which are scheduled to cc=ence at 10:00 a.m. on the same day.
The location of the Fifth Prehearing Conference will be the U.
S. Tax Court, South Courtrocm,Rcom 358, 400 Second Street, N. W., Washington, D. C.
The purpose of the Fifth Prehearing Conference will be to review discovery progress in these proceedings and to assist the parties in meeting the discovery completion deadlines previously proposed and agreed to by the parties and accepted by the Board.
