- 11. B?XSIER DAVIS BESSE 1, DOCRET 30. 50-346 A telephone conversation between R. Eosnak and S. Hou o f NRC, T. L' ilks and J. Vogle of 3echtel and E. Movak of TECO as Iwid on June 24, 1975 to discuss the outstanding issues still remaining on avis 3asse 11 as listed in our letter of June 10, 1975.
Items 2a and 25 on that list referring to the dynanic analysis for pipe whip restraint design will require further study on the part of the applicant to estinate the tire required to address our concerns. All other items on tha lint scened capable of satisisctory resolution but several do involve B 4
- ,1 input and they were not participants in the discussion. TECO asti ated that with the exception of 2(a) and 2(b) the next r.nision (scheduled for July 14) to the FSAR could probably address all other issues, hopefully to our satisfaction. In view of the situation, it la recomended that the 322 scheduled for subnission to you by 6/20/75 ':e deferred until the 1pplicant has responded, and his response can be evaluated by 'tE3.
