Enclosed is a copy-of Applicants' " Application for Is-suance of Subpoenas", together with a complete original set of
-the four subpoenas referenced therein for your signature.
The Application is similar'to the one filed by Applicants on December 6, 1974, in response to which the then Chairman of the Licensing Board, John Farmakides, issued the requested subpoenas for depo-sitions that were subsequently. suspended pursuant to Board order.
If the enclosed Application is in order, I would appre-clate it if you would issue the four subpoenas submitted and then-return the signed originals to me so that I may serve them on the
-designated witnesses in advance of their scheddled depositions.
