With resoect to the orenearing conference scheduled for April 21. 1975, the NRC Staff requests that the following tnree itens be added to the agenda:
a)
Resetting tne " Perry Hearing Schedule" new being held in abeyance.
b)
Consideration of whether the proposed testimony not of outside excerts cust also be filed in advance in writing.
c) Consideration of whether witnesses r!uring peesentation of the case-in-chief can testify as to remedy (Staff believes a bifurcated hearing would be unduly costly and time-consuming).
