i'r. Rey Lessy, Associate Counsel in the captioned matter, has just civen me a report on the conference telephone call that took place yesterday
.(Thursday, March 20, 1975) cencerning privileged documents.
I was surprised and chagrined that Nr. Charnoff, Counsel fcr the Appli-cants, during the ccafarence call misquoted the Staff's pcsition en the prcposed schedule for depositions.
T;w facts are that on Tuesday, March 18, 1975, at the request of "r.
Uilliam Bradford Reynolds;in a very brief and infernal ccnversation that took place in an elevator, I indicated that Staff muld not cppose a possible one week delay in the start of depositions so that Mr.
Reynolds' clients could attend a meeting in Florida.
At no time did the Staff indicate that it required additional titre in this proceeding. Please be assured that we are prepardd to proceed with this matter as scheduled.
