Enclosed you will find one copy of the Technical Specifications for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Pcwer Station Unit I for use in connection with Battelle's contract to apply WASH-1400 insights to the NRC inspection and enforcement program. This plant was chosen because it has recently developed, standard tech specs and is in proximity to Coluctus.
