Pacific Cas and Electric Company (Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant Unit 2)
The Toledo 7.dison Company and y
The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company (Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station)
Portland General Electric Company, et al (Trojan Uuc1 car Plant)
Virginia Electric and Pcwcr Company (Ucrth Anna Power Station Units 1 and 2)
Because construction pcmits were issued for these facilitics during the period January 1,1970 to Septceber 9,1971, they are subject to the requirencats of Section 3, Appendix D to 10 CFR Part 50, ti::ich provides for a mandatory environ =cntal hearing as to t/ nether the construction permits shculd be continued, modified, terminated or appropriately conditioned. The utilitics involved have not yet filed an application for an operating license, but we are currently conducting on an accelera-tcd schedule envirormental reviews of these pr posed facilitics.
The Draf t Environmental Statements have been or will be issued within the next few uceks and will be available prior to the hearings in these proceedings.
