MINUTES OF CONFERENCE CALL OF JUNE 26, 1975 At the request of Mr. Charno, a conference call was conducted with the Chairman and the following counsel:
Messrs.
Charno and Berger, Department of Justice; Mr. Lessy, NRC Staff; Messrc. Brand and Go).dberg, City of Cleveland; and Mr. Reynolds for Applic7 nts.
Mr. Brand protested any suspension of deposi-tions on Monday, June 30, the day scheduled for review of privileged documents before the Special Master.
The Chairman stated that it was important that Mr.
Reynolds he at that hearing and that although he encouraged Applicants to go forward with depositions on Monday, June 30, by having a CEI house counsel represent witnesses being deposed, the Board would not enter an order to that effect.
