i l NOTICE AND ORDER FOR PREHEARING CONFERENCE TAKE NOTICE, that by agreement of the parties, the Prehearing Conference in the above-captioned proceeding, now scheduled for June 26, 1973, will be postponed until June 28, 1973.
Said Prehearing Conference will ba held at the Lucas County Ccurthouse, Courtroom No. 4, Adams S treet at Erie Street, Toledo, Ohio 43624, commencing at 10:30 am, local time.
The purpose of the Prehearing Conference is to deal with:
(1)
Simplifica tion and clarification of the issues ;
(2)
Obtaining of stipulat'.ons and admissions of fact, and agreement as to the authenticity of documents to avoid unnecessary proof; (3)
Identification of witnesses;

Establishment of schedules for further actions; and (5)
Such other matters as may aid in the orderly disposition of the instant proceeding.
l In accordance with agreement among the parties, approved by the Board, the following schedule will be i
adhered to:

The written direct testimony of all parties will be filed on or before July 11, 1973; and (2)
The first day of the Evidentiary Hearing will

commence on July 17, 1973, at the vicinity of the site.
