Although the applicant did not provide an analysis assuc:ing automatic rapid containment isolation or manual switching to an ESF grade filtration syst.cm, we conclude tnat the present plant systeas for mitigating the consequences of a fuel handling accident are acceptable and that the postulated accident doses are well within the guidelines of 10 CFR Part 100.
