Telephone Conference Call Minutes of June 24, 1975 - Docket Nos. 50-346A, 50-440A, 50-441A Gentlemen:
I am writing to insure that the record is correct with respect to a minor aspect of the telephone.conforcnce call of June 24, 19"5 in the above proceedings.
On page five of the minutes, the conference call secretary Mr. Caarno reflects my statement.that I had "seen certain documents in Part 1 of Attachment No. 4."
I saw these documents in connection with the assemblage and transmittal of the documents reviewed by Mr. Coufal back to me in anticipation of delivery to the document depository.
My view was confined to a glance for identification purposes of the top i
documents of the various parts of Attachment 4.
I did not read in its entirety any single document nor have I or any other member i
of the Board studied any of the documents reviewed by the Special i
Master.
The Board has made a conscious attempt to avoid e::posure l
to any of the documents for which privilege has been claimed.
A copy of this letter will be placed in the public file as an addendum to the minutes of the June 24, 1975 conference call.
