This supple =ects our April 18, 1972 letter which transmitted a copy of the Comuniasion's Memorandum and Order and Notice of Hearing on the question of whether construction activities at the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station should be suspended pending completion of the NEPA review.
The Atomic Safety and Licensing Board has directed that the hearing for taking of evidence in the above matter shall co::nence on May 2,1972 at 10:00 a.m. in the Grand Jury Room of the U. S. Court House, Toledo, Ohio. A copy of the Notice and Order of Evidentiary Hearing is enclosed for your information.
