i The Toledo Edison Company and the Cleveland Electric Illu:sinating Company I
have filed an application for a license to operate the Davis-Besse
- hiclear Power Station currently under construction in Ottava County, Ohio. A copy of the application, including the Pinal Safety Analysis Report, is enclosed for your information.
Also enclosed is a copy of a related notice which has been forwarded to the Office of the Federal negister for publication. This is a combined notice of receipt of the application and notice of consideration of issuance of facility onerating license and opportunity for hearing.
In an effort to be more responsive to the needs of the public, the Conmission has arranged for documents and correspondence relating to this application to be kept on file for public inspection at the Ida Rupp Public Library, Port Clinton, Ohio 43452. You may wish to refer f
