I a:s forwarding for your information and use one cony each of Amendment Nos. 8, 9 and 10 to the facility license application for the proposed Davis-Lesse Nuclear Power Station.
Amendments 3 and 9 both consist of revised pages for the Prelis-incry Safety Analysis Report, Amendment 0 to reflect chana,es necessitated by the applicants' plans to use a closed cycle cooling tower systes with the facility, and Amendment 9 to reflect a change in the pipe protection criteria. Amendment 10 centains updated financial data and includen revised estimated construction cost figures.
I am also enclosing a copy of a report to the Ccrzsission from the Advisory Co:mittee en Reactor Safeguards, dated Auwst 20, 1970. This report relates to the Coamittee's review of the applicatica flied by The Toledo rdison Company and The Cicveland Electric Illuminating Company for a permit to construct the Davia-Besse Nuclear Power Station on the applicants' a_ite on the south-west shore of Lake Erie, in Ottawa County, Ohio.
