NOTICE AND ORDER FOR EVIDENTIARY HEARING In accordance with the Atomic Energy Commission's Notice of Hearing on Suspension of Construction Activity, published in the Federal Register on April 13, 1972 (37 FR 7644), and with the Commission's Rules of Practice.
the Atomic Safety & Licensing Board directe that the hearing for tle taking of evidence in the above-captioned proceeding shall conmence on 11ay 2, 1972, at 10:00 a.m.
local time, in the Grand Jury Room of the U. S.
Court House. Toledo, Ohio 43G24.
Said hearing will run 'vithout a continuance,hrough 3Iay 3, 1972, unless completed earlier.
Under the Commission's IIemorandum and Order, dated April 12. 1972, this Board, impaneled to hear the instant matter de novo, will consider the question of whether the activities under the construction permit No. CPPR-30 for the Davis-Besse facility should be suspended pending completion of the final NEPA review.
