Pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and to the Atomic Eneeyr Commission's regulations in 10 CFR Part 50, notice is hereby given that a document entitled " Detailed Statement on the Environmental Considerations by the Division of Reactor Licensing, U. S. Atomic Energy Commission, Related ec Jua Proposed Construction of Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station by The Toledo Edison Company and The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company" is being placed in the Commission's Public Document Room, 1717 H Street, N. W., Washington, D.
C.,
and in the Ida Rupp Public Library, Port Clinton, Ohio, where it will be available for public inspection. Appended to the statement are the applicants' environ-mental report and the comments of various Federal, State and local agencies.
A public hearing on the application for a construction permit will be held in Port Clinton, Ohio, co=mencing December 8, 1970.
